All delivery options are uninsured.

TÓ GARAL is not responsible for parcels that go missing in the transit, and cannot replace items that go missing as this is the responsibility of the elected delivery service.

Custom made and engraved pieces cannot be returned.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout, TÓ GARAL is not responsible for locating the parcel. We will not replace items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout.

All of our pieces are exclusively handcrafted to order. 

Please read carefully the description of each piece, if you have any doubts about sizing, color, measures, or weight of the piece, don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to provide you all the extra information you might need. 

Returns are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind after 48hs of placing your order.

In the event that a product you have ordered is faulty or in any other way does not match your order specifications contact us immediately to arrange the return of your order within 7 days

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, engraved items, diamond setting or gold items cannot be refunded.


Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging and is the same condition as you received it. For your protection please return your order with an insured courier, and retain your receipt, as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
